Presiden RI Joko Widodo (Jokowi) menginstruksikan Proyek Strategis Nasional Pembangunan Monumen Nasional Bela Negara, di Koto Tinggi, Gunuang Omeh, Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota, mesti diselesaikan sebelum tahun 2024.
Penegasan Presiden Jokowi pun segera direspon Menteri Koordinator Bidang Politik, Hukum dan Keamanan Mohammad Mahfud MD. Pihak Kemenkopolhukam mengelar Rapat Koordinasi (Rakor) Antar Kementerian/Lembaga Terkait Penyelesaian Pembangunan Monumen Bela Negara di Provinsi Sumatera Barat berlangsung di Ruang Nakula Kantor Kemenko Polhukam, Jakarta, Jumat (02/12/2022). Rakor itu dipimpin Deputi VI Koordinator Kesatuan Bangsa Kemenko Polhukam Janedjri M. Gaffar yang didampingi Deputi Bidang Politik, Hukum dan Keamanan Kantor Sekretaris Kabinet Fadhlansyah Lubis.
“Untuk pembangunan Monumen Nasional Bela Negara, instruksi Presiden Jokowi sudah sangat jelas, jangan sampai menjadi proyek yang tidak selesai, istilahnya tidak boleh mangkrak,” terang Bupati Limapuluh Kota Safaruddin Datuk Bandaro seusai Rakor Kemekopolhukam sebagaimana dikutip dari Kepala Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Joni Amir kepada Tim Kominfo. Ditambahkan Bupati Safaruddin, adanya kejelasan penyelesaian Pembangunan Monumen Nasional Bela Negara, Koto Tinggi pantas disambut dengan rasa syukur. Kata Bupati Safaruddin, “Kita bersyukur dengan perkembangan ini, yang pasti Limapuluh Kota konsisten mendukung penyelesaiannya. Monumen Nasional Bela Negara, akan menjadi ikon Limapuluh Kota dan kebanggaan Sumatera Barat, karena ini akan jadi simbol bahwa daerah-daerah di Sumatera Barat, memiliki andil besar dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan NKRI serta upaya kita untuk nilai-nilai patriotisme di masyarakat terutama generasi muda.”
Rapat kemarin menghadirkan Wakil Gubernur Sumatera Barat Audy Joinaldi disertai Bupati Limapuluh Kota Safaruddin Datuk Bandaro Rajo dan tiga kepala daerah lainnya diwakili oleh sekretaris daerah, antara lain, Sekretaris Daerah Agam Edi Busti, Sekretaris Daerah Bukittinggi Martias Manto dan Sekretaris Daerah Tanah Datar Iqbal Ramadi Payana. Rakor juga dihadiri 11 pejabat setingkat Eselon I Kementerian/ Lembaga. Rakor juga tak lepas dari tindak lanjut arahan Presiden RI kepada Menko Polhukam sesuai Surat Seskab Nomor: B.043/sekab/Polhukam/10/2022 tanggal 17 Oktober 2022 Perihal: Penyelesaian Pembangunan Monumen Bela Negara di Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Di Rakor dibahas koordinasi dan kepastian penyelesaian Pembangunan Monumen Nasional Bela Negara di Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Termasuk membahas pelaksanaan pembangunan akses jalan ke monumen dan pendirian tugu-tugu Pemerintahan Darurat Republik Indonesia (PDRI) di beberapa Kabupaten/ Kota di Sumatera Barat. Deputi VI Koordinator Kesbang Kemenkopolhukam Djanedjri mengecek progres pelaksanaan pembangunan Monumen Nasiona Bela Negara yang difasilitasi Kementerian/Lembaga serta kesiapan Kabupaten/Kota untuk menyiapkan fasilitas pendukung akses prasarana jalan dan pembangunan tugu PDRI. “Terkait pembangunan akses jalan dan pembangunan tugu-tugu PDRI tersebut, kiranya dapat didukung realisasinya dengan menggunakan APBD setempat,” terang Deputi VI Koordinator Kesbang Kemenkopolhukam Djanedjri sebagaimana dikutip Kaban Kesbang Linmas Limapuluh Kota Joni Amir.
Wakil Gubernur Sumbar Audi Joinaldy di kesempatan itu mengatakan pemerintah provinsi, pemerintah kabupaten dan kota di Sumbar komit untuk mendukung penyelesaian Pembangunan Monumen Bela Negara, terutama penyediaan akses jalan pendukung serta pembangunan tugu-tugu PDRI di sejumlah kabupaten/kota di Sumbar. Dukungan itu secara spesifik disampaikan oleh Bupati Limapuluh Kota berupa peningkatan jalan lingkar menuju Monumen Bela Negara yang menghubungkan Jorong Pua Data-Sungai Siriah-Nagari Baruah Gunuang pada Tahun 2022. Ditambahkan Bupati Safaruddin sinergitas dengan Pemprov Sumbar dan Pemkab Pasaman juga segera diwujudkan akses jalan Bonjol, Pasaman-Pua Data, Limapuluh Kota. “Untuk jalan lingkar tahun 2022 dialokasikan Rp 16,5 M, jika ini selesai dan akses jalan Pasaman-Limapuluh Kota terwujud, maka akses warga berkunjung ke Monumen Bela Negara lebih mudah dan tak kalah ini penting untuk pertumbuhan potensi wilayah setempat,” papar Bupati Safaruddin. crp
