Suarapribumi.co.id –Kuasa Hukum David, melayangkan tuntutan hukum terhadap Kepala Cabang BRI Veteran, Didi Tri Haryanto, atas dugaan maladministrasi dan/atau pemufakatan jahat yang mengakibatkan kerugian materiil Rp 20 miliar dan immateriil Rp 40 miliar.
David Rahardja, didampingi kuasa hukumnya Dr. H. Razman Arif Nasution, S.H., S.Ag., M.A., Ph.D dari RAN Law Firm, menggelar konferensi pers pada Sabtu (22/3/2025) di kantor RAN Law Firm, Rasuna Office Park, Jakarta Selatan.
Didi Tri Haryanto telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka pada 14 Maret 2025 oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Utara atas dugaan pelanggaran Pasal 263 KUHP dan Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1. Namun, Razman menyatakan bahwa kasus ini diduga melibatkan lebih dari satu orang, dengan potensi tiga hingga empat tersangka lainnya yang masih dalam penyelidikan. RAN Law Firm berkomitmen untuk mengungkap semua pihak yang terlibat.
David Rahardja telah melaporkan kasus ini ke Polres Jakarta Utara atas dugaan pemalsuan surat. Ia juga telah menerima pernyataan dari Ombudsman RI pada 14 November 2024 yang menyatakan kerugian usahanya disebabkan oleh kelalaian dan maladministrasi BRI, dikategorikan sebagai pelanggaran berat dengan delapan poin pelanggaran.

RAN Law Firm akan mengirimkan surat kepada Kepala BRI Regional Jakarta, Direktur Utama, dan Komisaris BRI, mendesak pencopotan Didik Tri Haryanto dan proses internal lebih lanjut. Razman menegaskan komitmennya untuk menangani kasus serupa dan mengejar semua pihak yang terlibat dalam dugaan pemufakatan jahat.
David Rahardja juga mengungkapkan kekecewaannya terhadap putusan tuntutan JPU hanya 9 bulan penjara untuk tersangka Kejora alias Ula di PN Jakarta Pusat, padahal ancaman hukumannya mencapai 8 tahun. Ia berharap hakim memberikan keadilan. Sidang putusan dijadwalkan pada Rabu, 26 Maret 2025.
Dengan dukungan RAN Law Firm, David Rahardja berharap proses hukum akan lebih maksimal dan mengungkap semua pihak yang terlibat, termasuk kemungkinan tersangka baru. Ia yakin kasus ini merupakan kerja sama beberapa orang, mulai dari pembuatan surat hingga paraf. Pernyataan tambahan dari kuasa hukum David Rahardja menekankan harapan agar hakim mempertimbangkan “ultra petita” jika tuntutan dianggap ringan.
